I have engaged in a rewarding public and private practice of psychiatry since completion of my post graduate training. I entered the Columbia Center for Psychoanalytic Research for Psychoanalytic training and graduated in 1987. During this period I was engaged in the training of psychiatrist as the Director of Residency Training at Harlem Hospital. As Associate Director I had the distinct privilege to serve with Dr James L Curtis is developing a state of the art comprehensive psychiatric service serving a major historical urban community, Central Harlem.
